| 摘 要： | 以文献资料和理论分析为基本研究方法,将我国竞技体育事业置于社会转型的背景下,从竞技体育的管理与运行模式、竞技体育观念、竞技体育制度三个方面对我国竞技体育"举国体制"的创新问题做了分析与讨论.结果表明:"举国体制"是一种符合中国国情和体现了中国特色社会主义的体育体制,但由于该体制诞生于我国社会转型前的计划经济时代,其发展过程中所产生的弊端日渐显露,在我国体育事业结构性矛盾日益突出的当下,应对竞技体育"举国体制"赋予新的内涵.
