| 摘 要： | 通过献资料，调查访问并结合本人的教学经验，从散手中假动作的几种基本手段出发，研究与阐述其运用特点．进而探索了假动作的生理学和心理学效应机理，为散手教练员与运动员进行训练提供一些参考。
