摘    要:改革高校健美操传统教学方法,使学生不仅仅能够从教师那里获取知识,学会技术、技能,达到增强体质的目的。更重要的是提高获取知识的能力,即形成多渠道、师生互动的良性循环教学局面。我们通过资料积累法、成绩对比法、学生思维抽样法,并融入新型考试方法,使学生通过健美操教学提高获取知识的能力及培养创新竞争的思维。

Abstract:Through the reforming of aerobics teaching method,aerobics can not only enable students to acquire knowledge,develop skills and keep health;but also lead the class into an interactive and multiple communications between the teacher and students.Based on researching methods of material accumulation,scores contrast,sampling,the new testing method can effectively stimulate students to acquire new knowledge and develop creative thoughts.
