| 摘 要： | 运用献资料、系统分析、逻辑分析等研究方法，对自由防守队员对实际训练有何影响，自由防守队员在比赛中的作用如何，自由防守队员如何使用以及自由防守队员在防守体系中如何运作等问题进行了分析讨论。研究结果表明：自由防守人在比赛中接发球、防守方面的核心作用不可替代，并须将自由防守人的运作纳入全队防守体系。
