| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、理论分析法对广东省高校体育人力资源的比较优势及与2010年广州亚运会的融合途径进行了分析与研究,提出了广东省高校体育人力资源类型及其比较优势,以及为2010年广州亚运会可提供的人力资源融合途径,旨为2010年广州亚运会提供多样化的高校优势体育人力资源提供理论参考与实践对策.
