| 摘 要： | 运用访谈法、网络调查、文献资料法和比较法对广东省内8所体育工作较突出的高校共399名体育教师,及这些学校的部分非体育课教师为研究对象,对他们的学历结构、职称结构和具有"运动健将"级专业技能教师所占的比例进行调查,发现体育教师队伍里具有"运动健将"等高技能水平的教师、以及高学历和高职称的"科研型"体育教师比例比同一学校其它学科的比例严重偏低,是直接制约高校体育师资队伍建设的"瓶颈".提出积极鼓励"运动健将"级专业技能学生退役就读体育专业,充实体育教育人才资源;高校努力引进"运动健将"级教练员教师;鼓励多种形式在职进修,国家适当放宽体育学科研究生办学条件及体育教师进修的入学门槛;适当放宽体育教师高级职称评审条件.
