| 摘 要： | 探讨增权理论视角下社区康复体育对肥胖者的干预效果。以社区肥胖者为研究对象,采用了社会工作、文献资料、访谈和实验等研究方法。结果：（1）肥胖者权利缺失:表现在自信心的缺失,人际交往障碍,健康状况的缺失,政府支持的缺失和社会理解的缺失;（2）构建了以增权理论为指导的肥胖者“社区康复体育”服务计划;（3）“社区康复体育”实施增权后,肥胖者的自信心明显增强;体重明显降低,体适能指标等健康状况也明显改善;为政府支持提出了相应的建议。结论：增权理论视角下的“社区康复体育”服务计划对于社区的肥胖者增权效果是显著的。希冀为社区康复体育及肥胖者增权提供理论和实践支撑。

| Abstract: | The objective is to explore the intervention effect of community rehabilitation sports on obese people from the perspective of empowerment theory. The social work, literature, interview and experiment were used to study the obese people in the community. Results: (1) The lack of rights of obese people were the lack of self-confidence, the lack of interpersonal communication, the lack of healthy, the lack of government support and the lack of social understanding; (2) The study constructed "community rehabilitation sports" for obese people from the theory of empowerment; (3) The obese people''s self-confidence was significantly enhanced, their weight was significantly reduced, and their body fitness ndicators were also significantly improved after the implementation of "community rehabilitation sports". Conclusion: the "community rehabilitation sports" service plan from the perspective of empowerment theory has remarkable effect on the obese people. We hoped to provide theoretical and practical support for the community rehabilitation sports and the
recovery of obese people. |
