健美操对大学女生体质和心理健康水平的影响研究

摘    要:本文对 80名大学女生健美操锻炼进行了对照试验 ,探讨健美操锻炼时女大学生健身健美的锻炼价值 ,研究结果表明 :健美操锻炼对女大学生运动强度较为适宜 ,动作结构符合女生的生理、心理特点。长期坚持健美操锻炼能够使心血管和呼吸机能增强 ,各项身体素质显著提高 ,身体形态和身体素质明显改善。

Abstract:The paper conducts a comparative experiment among 80 girl students In order to study the effect of callisthenics on body composition and cardio-pulmonary function in college girl-students, The result of the experiment shows that the intensity of movement of the callisthenics is comparatively suitable to college girls and the movement structure accords with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the girl-students The long-term training of calisthenics has a positive effect on body composision, figure and cardio-pulmonary function; it is also beneficial to the psychological health of college girls
