| 摘 要： | 探讨了不同剂量心肌肤对小鼠运动能力的影响.分别以0.12mg/gBW.d(低剂量)、0.23mg/gBW.d(中剂量)、0.69mg/gBW.d(高剂量)的心肌肤给予小鼠连续灌胃20d,对照组灌蒸馏水0.2(ml/d).20天后测定小鼠力竭游泳时间、血红蛋白(Hb)、血乳酸(BLA)、血尿素(BUN)含量.结果显示:中剂量组、高剂量组均能延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,降低血乳酸、血尿素的含量,提高体内血红蛋白的储备量.提示:心肌肤具有抗疲劳和提高机体运动能力的功效,其效果具有剂量反应关系.

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the effect of various dosage carnosine on the movement ability of rats.The carnosine fill into rats' stomach at the dosage of 0.12mg/gBW.d,0.23mg/gBW.d and 0.69mg/gBW.d for 20 continuous days respectively.The control group given distilled water(0.2ml/d) by gastric perfusion.The exhausted swimming time,hemoglobin(Hb),blood lactic acid(BLA) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) concentration after 20 days.The result shows that two dosages both could prolong swimming time of rats,decrease BLA an... |
