| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解大学生心理中介因素与心理健康之间的关系 ,为提高大学生的身心素质、进行有针对性的心理健康教育提供一些有价值的资料。方法 :以 2 71名体育学院学生 (平均年龄为 2 0 4± 1 19岁 ,男 2 16人 ,女 5 5人 )为研究对象 ,以心理量表作为研究工具进行横断面调查研究。研究发现 :( 1)大学生之自尊、个性、应对方式及心理控制源与其心理健康水平密切相关 ;( 2 )对大学生心理健康影响比较突出的因素有个性结构中的“情绪稳定性”、自尊、应对策略之“解决问题”及“求助”、心理控制源之“内控性” ;( 3 )情绪稳定性、自尊、解决问题及内控性在对大学生心理健康的影响方面存在着交互作用。结论 :在高校开展心理健康工作要特别重视心理中介因素的作用

| Abstract: | students were studied with "SCL_90"and other psychological scales There were found:Many researched variables of psychological mediation factors were higher degree correlation with the factors of SCL_90,in which the major affected factors were "neuroticism","self_esteem","question_solving coping style","help_seeking coping style","inner_control" Further interaction analysis revealed relatively dependent effects of these factors (neuroticism,self_seteem,question_solving coping style and inner_control)on mental health The findings implied that we must attach importance to psychological mediation factors in the work of psychological health of student |
