| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、数理统计、实证等方法，就我国体育产业在资本市场中的运作的现状及发展作出分析。结果发现：我国资本市场发展迅速，已渗透到经济发展的各个领域。在A股上市中已有多家体育产业公司，已形成独特的体育产业概念的板块；有一批公司在香港联交所、纳斯达克、新加坡等资本市场上市融资；目前在A股市场中涉及经营体育产业的公司数量逐渐增多，受到投资者的青睐，在二级市场中表现突出。这些体育产业公司依托资本市场发展，融得了更多的发展资金；规范了管理；扩大了规模；增强了效率，提升了盈利水平；提高了公司的核心竞争力，为实现产业战略转型升级打好了基础,是我国体育产业做大做强的必由之路。

| Abstract: | This article utilizes the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics and empirical research, and analyzed the running situation and the development of the capital market of China sports industry. The results showed as follows: Our country capital market is rapidly growing and has penetrated into all areas of our economic development. In the A-share listed, they have been many sports industry companies, and have formed the unique concept of sports industry sectors. There is a group of companies in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, Singapore and other capitalist market on listing and financing. At present, involved in the A-share market operation and the number of companies are increasingly likely to sports industry, and they favored by investors, and will be perform in the secondary market. The sports industry companies relying on the development of capital market, and financing the development of more funds. They are standardizing the management expanding the scale, enhancing the efficiency, and promoting the profitability. They improved the core competitiveness for the company and the realization of the industry transformation and upgrading to lay the foundation. They are the only way for the growing and becoming stronger for China country sports industry. |
