| 摘 要： | 公共体育服务的目标是为公民提供良好的体育服务与产品，满足基本体育需求，保障公民体育权利。体育场馆作为发展体育公共服务的物质保障，优化场馆资源的配置，有助于促进体育事业持续发展。综合运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，明确体育场馆资源优化对提高体育公共服务水平的价值，针对体育场馆资源配置中存在的场地资源布局不科学、运营体系不健全以及公共体育活动组织不到位等现实问题。研究认为，全面优化体育场馆资源布局、创建智慧化服务运营管理体系，开展富有群众特色的健身活动，提高体育场馆资源利用效率，推动基本公共体育服务均等化实现进程，能科学配置体育场馆资源。

| Abstract: | The goal of public sports services is to provide citizens with good sports services and products, to meet basic sports needs, and to protect citizens'' sports rights. As a material guarantee for the development of sports public services, stadiums and stadiums optimize the allocation of venue resources and help promote the sustainable development of sports. Comprehensively use the literature data method and logic analysis method to clarify the value of stadium resources optimization to improve the public service level of sports. The layout of the venue resources in the stadium resource allocation is unscientific, the operation system is not perfect, and the public sports activities are not in place. The study believes that comprehensively optimize the layout of stadium resources, create a smart service operation management system, carry out fitness activities with mass characteristics, improve the utilization efficiency of stadium resources, promote the process of equalization of basic public sports services, and scientifically allocate stadium resources. |
