摘    要:十九大报告中习近平总书记提出美好的时代期许,美好生活既是中国人民千百年来的向往,也是构建全面小康社会的必然条件。中产阶层则是拉动国内消费内需,推动中国经济持续发展的重要力量,中产阶层中流行的健身文化极具代表性。然而在消费主义文化的侵蚀下,当代中产阶层中的“健身热”也出现了一些负面影响,炫耀性消费、攀比性健身、以健身构建自身的身份认同等行为严重影响了健身文化的正常发展。因此基于可行性角度提出重申健身文化的本质价值,避免中产阶层过热的消费激情破坏刚刚形成的大众健身热潮,引导群众享受体育、感知体育;重视引导,避免群众体育文化被消费主义破坏与异化,避免消费主义商业行为绑定健身文化等手段,尝试改变目前中产阶层健身文化的价值取向,推动健身文化正向发展。

Abstract:General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward a beautiful era in the report of the Nineteenth Congress. A better life is both the longing for the Chinese people for thousands of years and an indispensable condition for building a well-to-do society. The middle class is an important force that drives domestic consumption domestic demand and promotes the sustainable development of the Chinese economy. The popular fitness culture among the middle class is very representative. However, under the erosion of consumerism culture, the "fitness fever" in the contemporary middle class has also had some negative effects. The behaviors of conspicuous consumption, fitness for comparisons, and self-identification with fitness have seriously affected the normal development of fitness culture. . Therefore, based on the perspective of feasibility, the author reiterates the essential value of the fitness culture, avoids the overheated consumption passion of the middle class and undermines the mass fitness boom that has just been formed, guides the masses to enjoy sports and perceives physical education, attaches importance to guidance, and prevents mass sports culture from being destroyed and alienated by consumerism. To avoid the consumerism commercial behavior and bind fitness culture and other means, try to change the value orientation of the current middle class fitness culture and promote the positive development of fitness culture.
