| 摘 要： | 非营利机构在世界各国乃至世界性组织中数不胜数，他们在国际救援、人权与难民、慈善、环保、公益等领域发挥着不可替代的作用,这其中体育非营利机构更是为人们所熟悉。我国现行体育非营利机构大多隶属于体育行政主管部门，由国家全额拨款，因此并非真正意义的体育非营利机构。在当下机构改革的大潮中，转制现有的体育组织和团体，成立新的体育非营利机构，对于我国体育事业以及体育产业的健康发展都至关重要。

| Abstract: | Non-profit organizations are numerous in countries and even worldwide organizations. They play an irreplaceable role in international rescue, human rights and refugees, charity, environmental protection, and public welfare. Among them, sports non-profit organizations are more familiar with people. Most of China''s current sports non-profit organizations are affiliated to the sports administrative department, and are fully funded by the state. Therefore, they are not truly sports non-profit organizations. In the current wave of institutional reforms, the transformation of existing sports organizations and groups and the establishment of new sports non-profit institutions are crucial to the healthy development of China''s sports industry and sports industry. |
