| 摘 要： | 随着区域经济一体化的加强和体育休闲产业的发展,促进城市圈的构建与体育一体化发展的有机结合,成为新形势下的必然选择.雄安新区的设立,为京津冀体育休闲产业的一体化发展提供了巨大的历史机遇.深入分析了体育休闲产业一体化和集群化的概念、特点和发展动因,并对京津冀地区体育一体化发展的现状、机遇及其挑战进行了详细的探讨.其机遇涵盖了丰富的体育资源和发达的体育产业、较大的政策扶持力度和市场潜力,以及独特的区位优势和完善的体育设施.挑战则主要包含产业发展规划的不一致、产业发展的不平衡性、产业总体规模较小和结构的不合理.在此基础上,提出了促进京津冀体育休闲产业集群化发展的对策,即充分利用雄安新区建设的发展机遇,贯彻全民健身战略、制定产业联动政策,整合体育资源、大力发展优势产业,以及优化产品和服务的供给.

| Abstract: | With the strengthening of regional economic integration and the development of sports leisure industry, the organic combination of promoting the construction of urban circle and the integrated development of sports has become an inevitable choice under the new situation. The establishment of XiongAn new district provides a great historic opportunity for the integrated development of the sports leisure industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. This paper analyzes the concept, characteristics and development motivation of sports leisure industry integration and clustering deeply, and discusses the current situation, opportunities and challenges of the integrated development of sports in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Its opportunities contain that rich sports resources and developed sports industry, adequate policy support and market potential, as well as unique geographical advantages and equipped sports facilities. The challenges consist mainly of that inconsistency of the industrial development plan, imbalance of the industrial development, the overall size of the industry is small and the structure is irrational. On this basis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the clustering development of sports leisure industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, that is, making full use of the development opportunities of the construction of XiongAn new district, carrying out the national fitness strategy and formulating industrial linkage policies, integrating sports resources and developing the dominant industries vigorously, and optimizing the supply of products and services. |
