| 摘 要： | 如今,我国竞技体育发展的不断深化,在原有计划经济体制背景下单一的运动员培养制度模式(如:三级训练网),已经很难与当前市场经济体制下,高度的职业化、市场化、商业化的竞技体育发展模式相匹配,进而引发了运动员在培养方式上的制度诉求.
