| 摘 要： | 我国实现奥运争光计划战略目标的基础是竞技体育发展的举国体制，而这一体制在市场经济条件下已经不能适应奥运战略的需要。本在分析论证全运会、省运会如何与奥运会接轨，构建我国竞技体育战略同心圆的基础上，从经济拉动力和竞赛调解力等两方面．具体提出了在市场经济条件下顺利实现接轨的改革措施，希望能对我国竞技体育体制改革起到促进作用。

| Abstract: | The foundation of our national Olympic strategy for winning honor is the whole nation system of sports development, which can't meet the need of Olympic strategy under the conditions of market economy. This paper analyses and demonstrates how to combine the national games, provincial games with the Olympic Games, just like concentric circles. From viewpoint of economic promotion and competition mediation, the paper proposes some reform measures under the conditions of market economy, so as to promote the reform of our national sports system. |
