有氧运动联合核心稳定训练对脑瘫学生康复效果的影响*

摘    要:目的:探讨有氧运动联合核心稳定训练对脑瘫学生康复效果的影响。 方法:随机选取脑瘫学生30名分为3个组:实验组(EXG组)、对照组1(CON1)、对照组2(CON2)。实验组采用有氧运动联合核心稳定训练、对照组1采用单纯有氧运动训练、对照组2采用单纯核心稳定训练,通过12周康复锻炼,收集三组受试者体质状况、粗大运动功能、日常生活活动能力、平衡能力和运动成就动机数据。结果:EXG组和CON1的整体体质状况有积极变化,通过多因素方差分析F检验,变化呈显著性差异(P<0.05),CON2在骨骼肌、基础代谢率两项指标呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。EXG组在粗大运动功能方面有积极变化,呈显著性差异( P<0. 05),在日常生活活动能力呈极其显著性变化(P<0.001);CON1粗大运动功能和日常活动能力有一定改善,但变化不显著(P=0.062);CON2粗大运动功能产生了显著性变化( P<0. 05),对日常生活活动能力影响有限(P=0.065)。EXG和CON2组整体平衡能力有积极变化,呈显著性差异( P<0. 05);CON1的平衡功能有一定改善,但效果不明显。运动成就动机方面。三组受试者整体运动成就机均发生明显变化,回避失败动机上EXG

Effect of Aerobic Exercise Combined With Core Stable Training on Rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy Students
Abstract:Objective: to explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with core stable training on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy students. Methods: Thirty students with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into three groups: the experimental group (EXG), the control group (1) and the control group (2). Aerobic exercise combined with core stability training was used in the experimental group, aerobic exercise training was used in the control group 1, and the core stabilization training was used in the control group 2. After 12 weeks of rehabilitation, physical training was carried out. Data of physical condition, coarse motor function, activity of daily life, balance ability and motor achievement motivation were collected. Results the overall physical condition of EXG group and CON1 showed positive change, showing significant difference (P<0.05), and CON2 showed significant difference in skeletal muscle and basal metabolic rate (P<0.05). The EXG group had positive changes in gross motor function and showed significant difference (P < 0.05), which resulted in extremely significant changes in daily activities (P < 0.001). There was some improvement in the function and daily activity of CON1, but the change was not significant (P=0.062). The gross motor function of CON2 was significantly changed (P < 0.05), but it had a limited influence on daily life activity ability (P=0.065). The overall balance ability of EXG and CON2 groups had positive changes and showed significant difference (P < 0.05). The balance function of CON1 is improved, but the effect is not obvious. Motor achievement motivation. All three groups of subjects underwent significant changes in the overall sports achievement machine, avoiding the motivation of failure to EXG. Joint core stability conclusion aerobic exercise training, aerobic exercise and pure pure core stability training has obvious effect to cerebral palsy students rehabilitation effect, three kinds of exercise rehabilitation of cerebral palsy students are obvious difference, the overall aerobic exercise joint core stability training is better than the other two ways.
