| 摘 要： | 体育学科核心素养的提出意味着我国教育改革国际化路径迈出了坚实的一步。首先从体育核心素养的源起入手，分析论证了武德在体育核心素养中的突显的要素。其次，论述了武术作为振兴我国传统体育项目中的重要部分，在促进体育学科核心素养的形成过程中具备了众多优势。武德是立德树人根本任务实现的重要媒介；德行合一思想是对其中华传统礼仪文化的有效传承；动作技法的习得是运动能力和健康知识掌握的核心要义。根据学生体育素养缺失的表征分析得出武术课程培育学生体育核心素养的基本思路:武术礼仪的习得与身心双修课程特点进行。最后得出了武术课程在体育学科素养形成过程中的主要内容。

| Abstract: | The introduction of the core quality of sports discipline means that China has taken a solid step towards the internationalization of education reform. Starting from the source of sports core quality, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the key elements of wude in the core accomplishment of sports. Secondly, it discusses wushu as an important part in the revitalization of traditional sports in China, and has many advantages in the formation of the core accomplishment of sports discipline. Wude is an important medium for the realization of the basic task. The unity of virtue and virtue is an effective inheritance of traditional Chinese etiquette culture. The acquisition of action techniques is the core of the mastery of sports ability and health knowledge. According to the representation analysis of students'' lack of physical education, the basic idea of cultivating the core quality of students'' physical education is based on the analysis of the characteristics of the students'' physical education: the acquisition of wushu etiquette and the characteristics of the physical and mental dual curriculum. Finally, the main content of wushu curriculum in the formation process of physical education is obtained. |
