| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析、归纳总结等方法，对CBA联赛中教练员、球员、裁判员及观众的职业精神做出分析，探讨在CBA联赛中发生的球场暴力事件中，所折射出的职业精神的缺失及失范，借此引以为戒，来弘扬CBA联赛提倡的正能量。自CBA联赛发展至今，球场暴力事件频现，严重损害了CBA联赛品牌形象，阻碍了篮球市场的发展，同时也体现出管理层管理制度的缺失以及监管不力。CBA球场暴力事件的频发，显现出联赛各要素中职业技能，职业态度，职业纪律，职业信誉及职业作风等方面还有所欠缺。完善赛事管理制度；加大惩治力度，加强赛事引导和教育，提高赛场中各要素的职业素养，是整治球场暴力刻不容缓的首要任务，也是杜绝或减少球场暴力根本方法，来倡导CBA联赛的赛事文化及专业的职业精神。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the professionalism of coaches, players, referees and viewers in the CBA league by means of literature, logic analysis and summarization, and explores the professional spirit that reflects the violence in the course of the CBA league. Since the development of the CBA league so far, frequent violence in the stadium, serious damage to the CBA league brand image, hinder the development of the basketball market, and reflects the lack of management system and poor supervision. CBA stadium violent events frequent, showing the league elements of the vocational skills, professional attitudes, professional discipline, professional reputation and professional style and so on. Improve the tournament management system, increase punitive efforts to strengthen the tournament guidance and education, improve the elements of the professionalism of the game, is to rectify the violence of the ball the most important task, and to eliminate or reduce the basic method of violence, aiming to promoting the CBA League The culture of the race and professionalism. |
