| 摘 要： | 诚信作为一种重要的社会资源,是市场经济赖以上正常运作不可或缺的基本要素.分析了诚信在推进我国竞技职业化进程中的重要作用,指出了在我国现阶段诚信严重缺失的社会根源;讨论我国竞技体育诚信建设的制度安排,提出了我国竞技体育职业化过程中建设和提高诚信的对策.

| Abstract: | As an important social resource,the credit is a basic and indispensable factor on which the market economy normally depends.The author analyzes the important functions of moral &credit in the process of push professional of competitive sports in China,and points out the social sources of moral &credit-shortage at present;the author also discusses the institution arrangement of its construction and provides some strategies for enhancing the moral & credit level during the constructing process of professional competitive sports in China. |
