| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法,以广东省开设瑜伽课程的25所高校的800名师生为研究对象,对广东省高校开展瑜伽课程的现状进行了深入的调查和分析,指出目前存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议,旨在为瑜伽在高校的健康开展与普及提供些参考和依据。

| Abstract: | Adopting the method of questionnaire,by the objective of the 800 teachers and students of 25 universities and universities in Guangdong province,the author investigates and analyzes the current situation of the Yoga curriculum in colleges and universities of Guangdong province,pointing out the current problems,and put forward the corresponding suggestions for developing popularizing the Yoga in Guangdong. |
