摘    要:两组大鼠分别经 6周高强度无氧间歇性 (AT)及耐力性 (ET)游泳训练后 ,应用颈动脉插管法 ,测试在体心脏左室心肌力学指标。结果显示 :ET组大鼠心肌收缩性能及舒张性能均有提高 ;AT组心肌收缩性能有所减弱 ,舒张性能明显减弱。提示耐力训练促进心肌收缩性能增强 ;长期的高强度无氧训练可能导致心肌功能下降 ,尤以舒张性能降低较为明显。

Abstract:With intubation through carotis dextra of anesthetized rats,the curves of ventricular pressure and its the first derivative in rats were recorded.As a result the data of dp/dt max and t-dp/dt max have shown that TE group's myocardial contractility increases while AT group's has somewhat a decrease. Diastolic data of two trained groups with that of control were compared and found ET group's-dp/dt max becomes larger whereas AT group's smaller. ET group's T-value becomes shortetr than AT group's.These differencese are all very significant.Hint:1) Effect of anaerobic training on myocardial contractility is different from that of aerobic training.2)The obvious variation of the diastolic data shows that reabsorpting function of sarcoplasmic reticulum to C a 2+ is rather sensitive to the change of internal environment.3)Over intensity of an aerobic training might result in subsidence of cardiac function.
