| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、实地访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法，对珠江三角洲民营企业职工体育发展现状
及对策进行综合研究。结果表明，随着社会经济转型的不断深入，职工表现出较高的参与体育锻炼的愿望
，但总体还受到工作时间、场地设施、生活环境、体育态度、运动技能及管理体制等诸多因素影响。因此
要引起社会重视，有关部门必须要加强珠江三角洲民营企业大众体育宣传力度，促进职工积极参与体育锻
炼。

| Abstract: | This paper uses literature review, field interview, questionnaire survey and
mathematical statistics to comprehensive research the development present situation and
Countermeasure of the Pearl River Delta enterprise staff sports. The results show that, with
the social and the deepening of economic restructuring, staff showed higher exercise
participation wish, but the overall impact is also influenced by the work time, facilities,
living environment, sports attitude, sports skills , management system and many other
factors. So must attract the society and the relevant departments attention to strengthen
the Pearl River Delta private enterprise staff sports propaganda, promotes staff to actively
participate in physical exercise. |
