| 摘 要： | 在我国总体社会改革由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨的过程中,现行竞技体育发展模式面临着外部社会基础缺失,内部运行机制冲突等严峻考验。这些矛盾和冲突使得我们在备战2008奥运会的同时也必须思考竞技体育改革的价值取向。依据《体育事业"十一五规划"》,我们预计2008年奥运会后,随着竞技体育发展环境的优化,在新的一轮体育改革中,竞技体育管理模式改革可能在现有基础上,朝着目标任务多元化、实施主体明细化、资源整合市场化和发展途径社会化的方向演进。争取国家相关政策,将是竞技体育深化改革的关键。

| Abstract: | While the social reform changes from planned economic system to market economic system,the current development model of athletics faces lacking the external social base and conflictting the inside operating mechanism(conflict).These contradictions and conflicts make us ponder over the value orientation of the athletics sports reform while preparing for the 2008 Olympic Games.According to ,we estimate after the 2008 Olympic Games,among new sports reform,athletics sports management mode reform might at existing foundation,towards the goal and task multi-unitary,implement the subject detail,gradual development towards socialized direction and the marketization of the resources conformityt.Striving for national relevant policies,it will be the key to reform the athletics sports. |
