| 摘 要： | 在健美操教学和训练中,运动技能迁移现象普遍存在。合理运用一系列手段来促进技能间的积极性迁移,同时防止或减少消极性迁移的影响,以提高健美操教学效果。在阐明技能迁移的种类和机制的基础上,论述了在健美操教学和训练中技能迁移现象的普遍存在性,合理运用一系列教学手段以促进技能间的积极性迁移,防止或减少消极性迁移,提高健美操教学效果。并运用了文献资料、调查访谈、逻辑分析等方法对运动技能的迁移在健美操教学中的运用进行研究,结果表明,在健美操教学中合理运用迁移规律,可以促进学生技术动作的学习,提高教学效果。
