| 摘 要： | 通过对广东省21个市体校及每市随机抽取2个县、区，共63所体校、体工队、体委，进行调查分析，发现广东省重竞技项目发展中存在着各项目、各地间发展不平衡的现象，拳击等部分项目普及率较低，本土化程度不高；引进外省、市运动员较多，有可能影响各地开展、普及重竞技项目的积极性，不利于重竞技运动项目的进一步发展。提出了实现广东由重竞技运动项目大省向强省转变的对策与建议，为职能部门的科学决策和管理提供参考，旨在促进重竞技项目健康、快速、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | We chose 21 city-level professional sports schools in Guangdong Province and randomly picked 2 counties/ districts out of each city, a total of 63 sports schools, teams and Sports Commission to do questionnaires and research. We realize that different heavy sports develop differently in different regions. Boxing and some other sports are less popularized and localized. We have too many athletes from other provinces which lead to a huge impact on this sport. It negatively influenced our enthusiasm to develop heavy sports and it is harmful for further improvement. Therefore, the author make relevant strategies and suggestions that Guangdong should start transform from a province with large population participating in heavy sports to a province that excels in heavy sports. The article provides scientific reference to operating division and will promote the healthy, fast and sustainable development of heavy sports in our province. |
