恰恰舞对单纯性肥胖女大学生体能影响的实证研究

摘    要:通过整群抽样、实验干预、统计分析等方法,研究以恰恰舞为主的综合干预措施对单纯性肥胖女大学生体能的影响效果。结果发现:干预后受试者身体形态、身体机能、身体素质指标中,除身高、握力干预前、后差异不具显著性外,体重、BMI、腰围、WHR、体脂肪率、肺活量(mL)、台阶评定指数、仰卧起坐(个)、立定跳远(cm)指标,干预前、后差异均具显著性。结果表明:以恰恰舞为主的综合干预措施对改善单纯性肥胖女大学生的体能起到了积极的作用。

Abstract:By cluster sampling, the experimental intervention, statistical analysis and other methods, this paper studies the effects of the Cha-Cha on physical fitness of simple obesity female college students. Results: body shape, physical function, physical quality index except grip strength and height of the study subjects, the differences are not significant after the intervention. The differences of body weight, BMI, waist circumference, WHR, body fat rate, vital capacity (mL), step index (a), sit ups, standing long jump (CM) index, are significant after the intervention. The results show that: the dance comprehensive intervention measure plays a positive role in the improvement of physical fitness of simple obesity female college students.
