| 摘 要： | 为改变学生在传统的健美操教学课上只重视健美操技术的完成,轻学生的表现力,整套操化动作无活力无激情的现状,将美国的运动教育模式引入高校健美操课堂中,进行为期四个月的健美操运动教育模式和传统教育模式的实验教学.实践证明:运动教育模式能大大提高学生的健美操学习积极性,从而调动了课堂气氛,学生在健美操实践能力、音乐能力、表现能力有大幅度提高.结论健美操表现力是健美操教学的薄弱环节,运动教育模式有利于学生健美操表现力的培养,且操作简单易行,深受学生欢迎,适合在我国高校普遍开展.

| Abstract: | In order to change the traditional aerobics teaching model, which is a complete set of operating action without vitality and passion, using the sports education model in colleges of aerobics class, and experiment for four months in aerobics education mode and the traditional education mode. Practice proved: the sports education model can greatly improve the students'' aerobics learning enthusiasm, so as to mobilize the classroom atmosphere, students practical ability in aerobics, music, performance has improved to a great extent. Conclusion calisthenics expressiveness is the weak link of aerobics teaching, sports education model for cultivating students'' calisthenics expressiveness, and the operation is simple and easy, are very popular with students, suitable for common colleges in our country. |
