动静力因素对前臂骨结构变化的影响

摘    要:对举重(静力组)、中长跑(动力组)和不从事任何专项运动(对照组)各24名男青年的前臂骨进行了观察测定,并对三组青年的前臂桡、尺骨骨皮质、骨髓腔、骨矿含量和骨密度等进行了统计分析。结果表明:桡、尺骨骨皮质厚度,是静力组大于动力组和对照组,具有显著性差异,而动力组略高于对照组,但无显著性差异;骨髓腔径未见随骨皮质增厚而缩小;其桡、尺骨骨矿物含量和骨密度在三组之间存在着显著性差异,即静力组>动力组>对照组。

Abstract:Observed and determined is the forearm bone of the static force group of weightlifters, the dynamic force group of middle- andlong- distance runners, and the contrast group of non-sportsmen, each groupconsisting of twenty -four male youths respectively. Moreover, statistically analyzed are the indices of the cortex tbickness of the forearm radius andulna, the marrow cavity, the bone mineral content, and the bone density,etc. It has been exhibited in the results that the cortex of the forearmradius and ulna is thicker in the static force group than in either the dynamicforce group or the contrast group (there is significant statistic difference);that the cortex in the dynamic force group is slightly thicker than that inthe contrast group (there is no prominent difference) ; that the marrowcavity does not shrink as the cortex thickens, and that there is prominentdifference in the bone mineral content and the bone density between all ofthe three groups, that is to say, the static force group>the dynamic forcegroup>the contrast group.
