| 摘 要： | 公共体育服务体系的构建和完善是新时期我国体育事业亟待解决重要问题,是政府职能实现从管理型向服务型转变的重要举措。根据公共服务理论,对区域公共体育服务体系构建的指导思想、基本原则和基本特征等进行了理论分析,认为区域公共体育服务体系的构建必须遵循公共服务的规律和密切关注区域自身的特点,以公共利益为目标,根据区域地理、经济和文化等特征科学构建。
