| 摘 要： | 休闲体育专业是国内的新办专业,其人才培养模式事关培养什么样的人与怎样培养这样的人的问题。通过对目前我国开设该专业的六所体育学院人才培养方案的比较研究,发现我国休闲体育人才培养的目标与规格尚未统一,课程内容设置差异较大,仍然偏重于知识教育的全面系统性,而对学生休闲体育活动设计与服务的实践能力培养不够。进而提出了如下改革对策:休闲体育专业必须明确实践应用型的人才培养目标和指导思想,突出与实践相结合的知识体系,进一步加强完善的实践教学体系。
