| 摘 要： | 竞技体育后备人才培养的问题,直接关系到竞技体育的整体实力及可持续发展,引起了学者们的积极关注。从培养体制、培养模式、存在问题、影响因素、培养思路、人才市场、国外研究等方面对我国竞技体育后备人才培养研究进行了总体回顾与评价。在此基础上,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养研究的未来进行了前瞻,提出了要重视体育强国战略目标下竞技体育后备人才培养的研究、人才学视野下竞技体育后备人才培养的研究、不同项目竞技体育后备人才培养的研究、不同区域竞技体育后备人才培养的研究和竞技体育后备人才培养效益的研究。
