| Abstract: | Aerobics exercise of combining the sports and the arts,originated in life,is the human pursuit with strengthen and beauty of human body.The artistic quality having altitude being that step by step,gymnastics,dance,music,develop and combine.In this article,mainly through the documents and the logic of induction,the arts aerobics exercise as a sports item,its artistic value,analysis and discussion and reach a conclusion. |
