心理定向在体育院校网球专选课教学中的应用研究

摘    要:心理定向是指动作开始以前和完成动作过程中心理的准备状态和注意的指向性。通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计等方法对广州体育学院网球专选课的教学方法进行研究。结果表明:在体院网球专选课教学过程中引入心理定向,有意识的把心理中枢神经活动与动作技能学习结合起来,有助于学生深刻认识技术动作实质,掌握专项技术、提高运动技能,比赛中能充分发挥技战术水平,具有较高的实用性和可行性。该教学法能充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高教学效果。

Abstract:Mental orientation is the status of mental preparation and attention directionality just before movement beginning and processing.By using the methods of documentary,experimentation and mathematical statistics etc.,the author studies the teaching method of tennis major course in Guangzhou Sport University.The results indicate that introduce the method of mental orientation combining of mentality nerve centre activity with movement skill consciously in tennis major course teaching,which is helpful for students know and master the movement skills.it's a higher practicability and feasibility.And at last,this teaching method can fully promotes the enthusiasm and initiatives of student's learning as well as improves the teaching effect.
