| 摘 要： | 体育人力资本作为人力资本的一种类型,其产权的界定其实就是人力资本产权界定的问题。从人力资本产权理论出发,在对竞技体育人力资本的所有权、使用权、收益权、处置权的归属进行界定的基础上,得出结论从而为政府制定相应政策提供参考。
