| 摘 要： | 科学合理的奥运奖励政策能充分调动体育工作者的积极性,促进《奥运争光计划》的实施。运用文献资料法对目前国外奥运奖励的特征及我国奥运奖励政策的现状、存在问题进行分析,在此基础上,提出完善我国奥运奖励政策的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Scientific and reasonable Olympic awarding policy can greatly encourage people engaged in sports and accelerate the enforcement of the Program of Striving for Olympic Glory.Using the documental material method,the author analyses the character of other country's Olympic awarding policy and the present situations and questions of our country's Olympic awarding policy.Based on the analysis,the author provides some countermeasures and suggestions. |
