| 摘 要： | 以文献资料和系统分析为基本方法,对社会主义市场经济环境下举国体制与竞技体育后备人才培养多元化创新模式问题进行了研究,结果表明:举国体制是符合我国国情的竞技体育发展模式,在政府主导下,调整发展竞技体育的政策思路,逐步完成国家体育事业的整体转型。以投资和管理主体的多元化实现竞技体育后备人才培养多元化创新是我国竞技体育保持可持续发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | This article adopts literature research and systematic analysis as the basic
methods and provides an analysis on the "State-sponsored System" and diversified innovation
model of training for talent pool of athletic sport in the context of China''s socialist
market economy. The conclusion is that the State-sponsored System is in line with China''s
situation, and the overall transformation of China''s sport shall be led by the government by
adjusting the policy rationale behind the development of athletic sport. In addition, the
innovation and diversification of the training model for talent pool of athletic sport
promoted by a wider range of investment entities and supervisory bodies is an inevitable
choice to realize sustainable development of China''s athletic sport. |
