| 摘 要： | 奥运场馆风险是奥运会风险管理的重要组成部分,能否规避、转嫁奥运场馆风险是奥运举办国重要工作。通过文献资料法,对2008年奥运会场馆前期建设、奥运阶段使用和后奥运阶段奥运场馆利用中可能存在的主要风险进行了分析和研究,提出了规避、转嫁奥运会场馆风险措施和扩大经济效益的策略。

| Abstract: | The risk of sports facilities is an important part of the Olympic Games' risk management.Whether it could be evaded,shifted or not is an important task of the Olympic Games host country.By the method of documentary and literature,the author analyzes and researches the main risk which may lay in constructing and utilizing the sports facilities of prophase,during competition and after the 2008 Olympic Games accordingly.Approaches of evading and transfer risk as well as the strategies of improving economic efficiency were proposed. |
