| 摘 要： | 文化自信是民族传统体育文化传承发展的时代主题。基于文化自信视角，采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，探讨了民族传统体育文化传承发展的重要价值，分析了民族传统体育文化传承发展面临的困境，提出了民族传统体育文化传承发展的思路。困境是：在现实背景上，面临体育全球化商业化的双重逼压；在自身条件上，面临民族传统体育文化地域性与封闭性的制约；在动力基础上，面临传承发展机制的单一性与滞后性。建议：强化文化认同、文化自信、文化自觉，加强民族传统体育文化传播；推动民族传统体育文化产业化发展；把民族传统体育文化融入全民健身体系。

Research on the Inheritance and Development of National Traditional Sports Culture under the Theme of Cultural Confidence |

| Abstract: | Cultural confidence is the theme of the inheritance and development of national traditional sports culture. Based on the perspective of cultural confidence, methods of documentation and logical analysis were adopted, this paper probes into the important value of the inheritance and development of the national traditional sports culture, it analyzes the difficulties faced by the inheritance and development of national traditional sports culture, puts forward the thought of inheritance and development of national traditional sports culture. The dilemma is: in the realistic background, facing the double pressure of sports globalization and commercialization; in its own conditions, it is faced with the restriction of regional and closeness of national traditional sports culture; on the basis of power, it is faced with the singleness and hysteresis of the inheritance and development mechanism. Suggestions: strengthen cultural identity, cultural self-confidence, cultural consciousness, strengthen the dissemination of national traditional sports culture; promoting the industrialization development of national traditional sports culture; integrating national traditional sports culture into national fitness system. |
