| 摘 要： | 为实现“健康中国”的战略目标，提供高素质的体育人才支持必不可少，高校体育人才培养应该以“健康中国”的战略需求为目标，以体育产业市场发展为导向，不断调整体育人才培养模式，促进体育人才供给与社会产业需求的平衡，这不仅是实现“健康中国”宏伟目标的必然要求，也是推进高校体育人才核心素养发展的必由之路。研究基于健康中国视域分析高校体育人才培育的必要性，探索高校体育人才核心素养的基本构成，并从创新培育理念、调整培养方式、完善课程结构、突出专业技能等方面创新健康中国视域下的高校体育人才核心素养培育路径，促进高校培养更多更优秀的体育人才。

A Path Study of Core Literacy Cultivation for Sports Talents at University under the Perspective of "Healthy China" |

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the strategic goal of "Healthy China", it is
essential to provide high-quality sports talents support. The training of
university sports talents should be based on the strategic needs of "Healthy
China" and guided by the development of the sports industry market. The mode to
promote the balance between the supply of sports talents and the needs of the
social industry is not only an inevitable requirement to achieve the grand goal of
"Healthy China", but also the only way to promote the development of core
qualities of sports talents in university. This study analyzes the necessity of
cultivating college sports talents based on the perspective of healthy China,
explores the basic composition of core literacy of university sports talents, and
innovates the vision of healthy China from the aspects of innovative cultivation
concepts, adjustment of training methods, improvement of curriculum structure, and
highlighting of professional skills. The core literacy cultivation path of college
sports talents will promote the cultivation of more and better sports talents in
university. |
