| 摘 要： | 国民健康对于经济社会发展与和谐社会构建都具有重大意义，全民健身业已上升为国家战略。运用文献资料与逻辑分析等方法，在梳理全民健身特征的基础上，发现，现阶段全民健身存在科学与专业指导缺乏、健身空间与设施供给结构失衡、资金供给与支持不足、民族民俗体育项目发展迟滞等问题。以供给侧改革为视角，提出，加强体育人力资源供给、盘活闲置并发掘潜在资源、转变资金供给模式与拓宽融资渠道、强化全民健身网络平台建设、扶持民族传统体育项目传承与发展等策略，以期为我国全民健身事业的健康与可持续发展提供有益借鉴。

Characteristics, Problems and Solutions of National Fitness Demand Under the Supply-Side Reform |

| Abstract: | National health is of great significance to the development of economy
and the construction of a harmonious society. National fitness has become a
national strategy. On the basis of sorting out the characteristics of national
fitness through the methods of literature and logical analysis, the author finds
that there are some problems in national fitness at the present stage, such as the
lack of scientific and professional guidance, the imbalance in the supply
structure of fitness space and facilities, the lack of fund supply and support,
and the sluggish development of folk sports. From the perspective of supply side
reform, this paper puts forward some strategies, such as strengthening the supply
of sports human resources, revitalizing idle and potential resources, changing the
mode of capital supply and broadening financing channels, strengthening the
construction of national fitness network platform, and supporting the inheritance
and development of national traditional sports, so as to provide useful reference
for the healthy and sustainable development of national fitness in China. |
