| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对广东省30所本科院校开设体育保健课现状研究。结果发现：一直以来高校体育保健课是国家教育政策要求；2019年开始教育部要求《国家学生体质健康标准》从严执行后，申请参选体育保健课的学生人数大幅上升；在2020年新冠肺炎疫情期间，保健课因其功能的独特性被各高校体育课普遍重视，学生对开设保健课普遍持肯定态度。但目前为“体育禁忌生”开设体育保健课的高校比例偏低（仅占40%）。其主要原因是“体育禁忌生”之间体质差异大而课程内容难兼顾、专业师资欠缺、教学内容设置与学生需求存差距，以及学校欠重视等问题。建议教育主管部门提高教育公平意识，制定科学合理的保健课课程标准，加强对高校体育保健课的监管，加强教师教学能力的培训和交流。

| Abstract: | The current situation of Adapted Physical Education (APE) courses in
30 undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangdong Province was studied by
methods of literature review, questionnaires, interviews and mathematical
statistics. The results show that the number of students applying for APE courses
has been increasing since 2019, when the Ministry of Education began10 to enforce
