广东少年男子削球打法技战术训练方法优化的实证研究

摘    要:运用文献资料、专家访谈和录像观察等研究方法,对少年男子削球打法技战术的训练方法进行优化,并通过近一年对广东少年男子削球打法运动员的训练和比赛进行跟踪调查,得出结论:优化后的削球打法技战术训练方法有较好的训练效果;运用多元化训练形式的多球训练法,限制技术条件和赋予比赛任务的比赛训练法及多种形式相结合的分解与完整训练法三种优化重组后的技战术训练方法有利于削球打法三种核心战术的掌握及特长的形成;赋予任务的指标训练法可提高稳削战术的命中率;加难助力训练法、加难比赛训练法可提高削中反攻战术的成功率;比赛训练法中的以赛带练、以赛促练有利于全面提升核心战术运用能力与比赛成绩。

Abstract:by using the research methods of literature, expert interview and video observation, this paper optimizes the training methods of young men''s chopping skills and tactics, and makes a follow-up investigation on the training and competition of Guangdong young men''s chopping players in the past year, and comes to the conclusion that the optimized training methods of chopping skills and tactics have better training effect; diversified training is used The three optimized and reorganized training methods are beneficial to the mastery of the three core tactics of chop and the formation of their specialty; the target training method with task can improve the hit rate of steady cutting tactics; the more difficult training method can help the training and the more difficult comparison The competition training method can improve the success rate of the counter attack tactics; the competition training method is conducive to improve the core tactics application ability and competition performance.
