| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国社会公共体育产品供给是构建在"政府包办体育"的传统行政管理体制上的,导致社会公共体育产品的供给与需求严重脱离。实现社会公共体育产品的均等供给需要政府转变管理理念,构建多中心供给的治理逻辑,确立契约理念对社会公共体育产品均等供给进行刚性约束,辨析公共纯度来厘清社会公共体育产品均等供给的优先层级。政府要通过选好社会公共体育产品供给主体来构建多元供给格局,完善社会公共体育产品供给体系来实现供给全面覆盖,丰富社会公共体育产品供给结构来实现产品均衡供给。
