| 摘 要： | 体育产业是经济发达国家的支柱产业,我国体育产业的发展也正焕发勃勃生机,除财政资金加大投入外,还吸引了各方投资,开成了良好的投资机遇。充分考虑体育产业的产品大都是精神产品,带有创新性文化产品特征,立足于的投资者角度,从文化视角来探讨体育产业发展投入资金的使用效益评价指标设置,突破性确定了定量指标与定性指标相结合的指标体系,满足了体育产业投入资金项目是满足社会共同精神文化需求难以直接量化的特性;又使体育产业投入资金使用所产生的社会效益和环境效益涉及到社会的多个方面,其信息量和统计数据都受到时间、技术等多方面的制约的情况下,能准确地度量出体育产业投入资金使用的实际效果;同时还能引导投资者改善体育产业盲目投资。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the performance evaluation index system of capital utilizing of sport industry from cultural perspective. It confirmed a breakthrough index system of the combination of quantitative index and qualitative index which can measure the actual result of sport industry capital utilizing accurately and guide the investor in sport industry investment. |
