| 摘 要： | 本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计对广东省城市社区体育志愿者的基本状况、组织机构、服务内容、服务形式、经费、影响因素、招募培训、管理状况等多方面的内容进行探讨,了解惠州市惠城区社区体育志愿者的发展现状及存在问题,探讨如何改善社区体育志愿服务工作、合理开发利用体育志愿者资源为社区体育服务,建立社区体育志愿服务基地,培养体育指导人员,指导社区居民科学健身,为广东省城市社区体育志愿服务事业、社区体育的发展决策提供依据.

| Abstract: | This thesis,by applying the methods of literature review,questionnaire and interview,and mathematical statistic,studies basic situation,service conditions and management of community sports volunteers in Guangdong Province.It looks into community sports volunteer’s development and existing problems Guangdong Province,discusses how to improve the sports volunteers’ work and reasonably exploit the sports volunteers’ resources to service community sports,building a community sports volunteer service base,cultivating sports instructors,guiding the community residents science fitness,and providing a basis for the decision of the community sports volunteer service careers’ and the community sports’ development. |
