| 摘 要： | 建国60多年来,我国普通高等教育始终在探索中前行,体育教学改革成为了与时俱进的高等教育改革的重要内容,在不断的改革与完善过程中,我国高校体育逐渐形成了自身独有的思想与内容体系。素质教育、健康第一和终身体育等指导思想的确立为高校体育教学的指明了方向,不断创新与发展的体育教学内容与方法进一步完善了体育教学思想,成为了现代体育教学的中心内容,是我国现代高校体育教学能够实现培养具备综合素质,适应社会发展的复合型人才的教育目标。

| Abstract: | Physical education in colleges and universities in China has developed with its reform and improvement,and always been an important part of higher education reform.The College physical education gradually formed its own unique ideas and content system.Quality education,health and life-long sports first guiding principle was established as a college physical education indicate the direction of continuous innovation and development of physical education.The modern content and methods of teaching ideas results to further improve of value of physical education,it has become a central element of modern physical education,and it promotes China’s modern college physical education to achieve the overall quality of training available to meet the complex human and social development goals of education. |
