| 摘 要： | 日本足球取得的伟大成就得益于该国职业联赛的成功举办,足球文化在此过程中发挥了巨大的作用。高度发达的资本主义经济为日本联赛的飞速发展提供了强大的物质保障;J联盟的成立为日本联赛的健康规范发展提供了最重要的制度保障;超强的学习能力为日本联赛吸收世界足球精华提供了坚实的文化保障。中国足球职业联赛在足球文化方面与之相比存在明显差距。建议中国足球职业联赛应明晰中国职业联赛所有权,保护俱乐部权益;加强制度建设,规范俱乐部发展;坚持依法治球与以德治球相结合。 |

| Abstract: | The Japanese soccer obtaining the great achievements benefits from their successful professional league and soccer culture.Highly developed capitalist economy has provided the formidable material safeguard for the swift development of Japanese league tournament;alliance’establishment has provided the most important system which safeguards for the Japanese league tournament’ healthy standard development;Ultra strong learning capability absorbed the world soccer essence for the Japanese league tournament to provide the solid cultural safeguard.The Chinese soccer professional league esists obvious difference on soccer culture compares with Japanese’.It Suggested that the Chinese soccer professional league should define Chinese professional league property rights,protect the club rights and interests;Strengthen the system construction,standard club development;Insist that governing the ball by law and virtue. |
