中日优秀女排运动员“背飞”扣球技术的运动学对比分析

摘    要:运用三维高速摄像和动作解析法对中日优秀女排队员背飞扣球技术进行了现场拍摄和数字化解析。结果表明,中日优秀女排队员背飞扣球的助跑环节均采用两步助跑,助跑的步幅、速度均有逐渐增大的趋势;起跳的时间日本选手为0.26s,中国选手为0.34s;起跳缓冲与蹬伸的时间分配不尽相同;在起跳过程中踝脚都有逐渐增大的趋势,膝角都有增大到减小再增大的过程,髋角的变化不具有一致性;起跳高度与起跳远度具有一定的负相关性;空中击球环节都具有肩、肘、腕和手指速度顺序增大的趋势,从而完成"鞭打"动作;日本选手以肘为轴进行制动,中国选手以肩为轴进行制动;击球高度占其最大扣球高度的利用率日本选手超过90%,中国为79%。

Abstract:Using three-dimensional high-speed video and motion analysis method,this paper analyses the Flying Back of the best volleyball players in Japan and China.The results showed that the run-up to fly two-step run-up links are used,increasing trend of running the pace and speed;take-off time of the Japanese players to 0.26s,the Chinese players to 0.34s;buffer and kicking off the allocation of time is different;in both feet off the ankle during a gradually increasing trend,the knee angle has increased to decrease and then increase the process of change in hip angle does not have the consistency;Long jump starting height and has a certain degree of negative correlation;air links have hit the shoulder,elbow,wrist and finger speed sequential increasing trend,thus completing the "whipping" action;Japanese players to the elbow axis to brake,Chinese athletes to shoulder axis to brake;hit a high degree of utilization of its maximum height of Japan’s spiking more than 90%,China 79%.
